Scott, Thurston and Tate to back up for the Cowboys

MAROONS trio Matt Scott, Johnathan Thurston and Brent Tate are set to back up for the Cowboys against the Sharks at home tomorrow night.

Coach Neil Henry said the players survived Queensland's 26-6 win over New South Wales without any major injury concerns.

"They'll be a bit fatigued from the game, but they'll be in good spirits after a great win," Henry said.

Sharks and NSW captain Paul Gallen will miss the game with a foot injury, and could also miss Origin III on July 17, but Blues teammates Luke Lewis and Andrew Fifita are expected to play against the Cowboys.
