We are looking to retain the services of a mature & experienced operator to fill a full time role working from our Gympie office.
The job consists of the day to day financial management of a portfolio of commercial properties both passive and active.
Experience in reading and interpreting commercial leases
Payment of wages & creditors using MYOB
Use of Console or similar rent role software
Excellent communication skills
Exposure to electronic filing & accurate record storage
