COUNTRY music funny man Buddy Goode is enjoying his first ever Gympie Muster.

The Cougarville singer says he's keen to rub shoulders with the punters, particularly the ladies, at the four-day music event at Amamoor Creek State Forest Park.

His first show with Livi Robbins certainly went down a treat last night.

The cheeky singer songwriter, best known for his ARIA Award-winning album Unappropriate, told APN he is working on a Christmas album due for release in November.

Buddy Goode also plays the Muster Club tonight at 10.45pm.
